Flinders Food Co. is the kind of place you stumble on and then immediately start telling everyone you know about. In the middle of nowhere, this little café serves up a big breakfast that’s basically legendary. We’re talking smoky pulled pork baked beans that will make you rethink every bean you’ve ever had, chorizo that’s got the perfect kick, and portions so generous you might just need a nap afterward (or a friend to share it with). The vibe is warm and welcoming, and the coffee is top-notch too. Honestly, it’s one of those places you’ll rave about long after you’ve left. Don’t miss it!

Loved the vibe in this boutique coffee place in the middle of nowhere. You can actually tap into the rich tapestry of farming and journeyman community frequency in this joint. Loved the space, loved the food and friendly staff. Their saltbush kransky roll is “out of this world” !

I stopped in for brunch and was blown away by the quality of the food and the friendly service. The menu has so many fresh, locally sourced options, and everything we ordered was full of flavour and beautifully presented. I had the eggs and they was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. The coffee was smooth, rich, and perfectly brewed The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light and a modern, relaxed vibe. Staff were attentive without being overbearing, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they do. It’s a perfect spot whether you’re grabbing a quick takeaway coffee, catching up with friends, or sitting down for a proper meal. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu — I’ve already got my eye on the pancakes next time! Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. A real standout for both food and service.

Not one for giving 5 stars but if you can stop at this fabulous Cafe, be sure to do it! Beef cheek tacos were amazing and the Angus burger 'the best in living memory'! Yes, school hols meant a long wait but it was worth every minute. We were especially entertained as the owner handled orders one-handed while holding his baby girl. Well done guys!

I just had the pleasure of Breakfast & Dinner with a tour group 14 People from Great Divide Tours for 5 Days. The Food, Service & Atmosphere was brilliant. The staff were very friendly & nothing was any issue. The Food service was quick & the quality 2nd to none. The Coffee is excellent. If you are in Hawker SA, you must go to the Flinders Food Co. it is exceptional.

I’ve just finished my bowl of Cauli Fried Gnocchi. What a treat! Crispy gnocchi in a thick cauliflower sauce with extra bits added. See menu description. My partner loved his burger. Didn’t need chips. Tried the quandong soda and taking some for later.

Truely an amazing foodie experience, a real hidden treasure of a gem! Honestly you have to visit.. you won’t be disappointed! The service, food and atmosphere is an amazing! Flinders Food co have a special place in my heart genuinely acknowledging and showcasing Aboriginal artist and food, you have to try the Native Dukkah and you can try the Native Dukkah!
